WILDDECK
Contact

One address, and a written answer about how long it takes.

WILDDECK LTD publishes a single mailbox rather than a form. A form on a static site has to post somewhere, and on a site like this one that somewhere is usually a third party that quietly receives everything typed into it. Sending mail directly means the message goes to the company and nowhere else on the way.

No individual is named on this site. Officer details for WILDDECK LTD are held on the public Companies House register against company number SC880737.

Response targets

How long an answer takes, by type of message

These are commitments the company is making now, not measurements of a service history that does not exist. Working days mean Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays in Scotland.

General mail, three working days

Questions about the company, the sector it works in, or anything published on this site. If a proper answer needs longer than three working days, the acknowledgement will say so and give a date.

Include: the page you are writing about, if any, and a reply address that accepts mail from a small domain.

Data rights requests, one month

Requests for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection are answered within one month of receipt, as Article 12(3) of the UK GDPR requires. That period can be extended by two further months for complex requests, and if it is, you will be told inside the first month and given the reason.

Include: which right you are exercising and the email address the company holds for you. Identity checks are described in the privacy notice.

Deletion requests, 30 days to completion

A verified deletion request is completed within 30 days. What is retained afterwards, and why, is set out in full in the privacy notice, and the commonest reason is the six year statutory retention period for UK accounting records.

Include: the subject line Delete my data and the address associated with any account.

Legal notices, by post

Formal legal notices should be sent by post to the registered office above, addressed to WILDDECK LTD and quoting company number SC880737. Email is not accepted as service of a formal notice.

Note: the registered office is the address on the public register and is the correct address for service.

Limits

What writing in will not get you

Setting expectations before someone spends time on a message is more useful than a fast reply that says no.

  • Early access or a beta invitation There is nothing to give access to. No application exists, in any state, on any platform.
  • A development quote The company does not take client work, so it cannot quote for a project.
  • A guaranteed reply to bulk sales mail Unsolicited sales and outreach mail is read and usually not answered. Nothing is resold, and no address is added to a marketing list.
  • Advice on your own compliance position The documents on this site describe what WILDDECK LTD does. They are not legal advice and cannot be relied on as advice for anyone else.
  • Contact details for a named individual No person is named on this site and none will be supplied by email. Officer information is on the public Companies House register.

Complaints

If the answer is unsatisfactory

Data protection complaints should come to the company first so they can be fixed. That is not a precondition, and it does not affect your right to go straight to the regulator.
